TA, TR, TB and TN type plate vibro-isolators are designed for mounting machine tools with a wide range of rotation speeds, as well as machines characterised by impulsive dynamic loads, especially:
machine tools used for metal machining: lathes, automatic lathes, polishing machines, milling machines, slotters, presses, shears, saws, angle bending machines, etc.,
machine tools used for machining wood: planers, thicknessers, saws, etc.,
machines and equipment used for plastic processing,
production, assembly, transport, bottling lines etc.,
lines, machines and equipment used for agri-food processing,
other machines and equipment used in various industries.
TA, TR, TB and TN plate vibro-isolators are manufactured in two main sizes: 80 and 120. Each of these sizes is available in several classes which differ in the way they are attached to the machine. The vibro-isolators are oil and grease resistant. The following versions are made on request:
- acid-proof version.
Vibro-isolators of this type are not mounted to the foundation.
All plate vibro-isolators provide level adjustment.

TA VIBRO-ISOLATOR Used for machines with threaded through-holes in their base. Levelling in the Hmin-Hmax range. |
TR VIBRO-ISOLATOR Used for machines which, apart from levelling, require level adjustment in a wider range.

TN VIBRO-ISOLATOR Used for machines with threaded blind holes in their feet. Levelling is done through a screw driven from the bottom into the machine’s foot. |

Plate vibro-isolator - TALL VERSION
Size 120 vibro-isolators are also manufactured in a tall version, especially recommended in cases where there are significant impulsive dynamic loads (e.g. presses, shears, etc.) and for machines with periodically varying dynamic loads where mounting to the foundation is not required (ventilators, blowers, compressors, power generators, cooling units, pumps, etc.).
