TU vibro-isolators are designed for universal application which can be adjusted freely and do not require mounting to the foundation. They are suited for small machines and equipment, such as:
pumps, compressors,
light machine tools for metal and wood,
control cabinets, sound-absorbing cabins,
coolers, air conditioners, ventilators,
power generators, cooling units,
machines and equipment used in the food and pharmaceutical industries,
tables, production lines, etc.,
The vibro-isolators are made of acid-proof steel and oil-resistant rubber.
TU plate vibro-isolators are available in three sizes: TU-50, TU-63 and TU-80.
Each of these sizes is manufactured in several versions with different attachment and levelling methods, designated with capital letters.
Version D, the most universal and popular - TU-50-D, TU-63-D or TU-80-D - for machines with threaded through-holes in their base. Height can be adjusted. The vibro-isolator is permanently connected with the base, which allows for the machine to be transported along with the vibro-isolators. Levelling is done through the bottom nut on the vibro-isolator.
Version C - TU-50-C, TU-63-C or TU-80-C - for machines with threaded holes in their base which are only accessible from one side. Levelling is done through driving in the vibro-isolator’s screw by rotating the unladen vibro-isolator. These models can also be used for machines with unthreaded through-holes in their base, which require a permanent connection between the vibro-isolator and the base and do not require levelling.
Version A - TU-50-A, TU-63-A or TU-80-A - for machines with unthreaded through-holes in their base. Leveling is done through a screw driven into the support plate of the vibro-isolator.
Version B - TU-50-B, TU-63-B or TU-80-B - for machines with threaded through-holes in their base. Levelling done through a screw driven into the base of the machine.
