The Isotop® MSN-BL and Isotop® DMSN-BL block vibration isolators are designet for low installation heights and high loads.

Design

Block vibration isolators Isotop® MSN-BL and Isotop® DMSN-BL consist of two steel plates with spring elements (vibro-isolators) installed between them. There are 4, 6 or 9 elements for MSN-BL and 16 elements for DMSN-BL, depending on the load. Respectively: series MSN 5/KTL to MSN 8/KTL and series DMSN 6 to DMSN 8. Special versions are also available on request. 

Block vibro-isolators are highly resistant to corrosion, as the spring elements are protected by cataphoretic painting (CDC), and the plates by powder coating.

Application 

The Isotop® MSN-BL block vibration isolators have a natural  frequency from 3,5 Hz, and Isotop® DMSN-BL from 5,3 Hz.
They are used for fixing equipment to the foundations: 

• Compressors,  
• Ventilators,
• Air conditioners,
• Speakers,
• Sensitive electronics,
• Measurement instruments and scales,
• Control cabinets,
• Pumps,
• Emergency power generators,
• Other machines and devices, especially ones with low vibration frequency.
  Isotop® DMSN-BL are recommended especially for machines that frequent starts and stops.

• Weight of the machine/device,
• Number and positioning of the fulcrums,
• Positioning of the centre of mass,
• Dimensions of the machine/device,
• Lowest vibration frequency (No. of rotations or cycles).
